Patricia Arquette has admitted that her brother’s sex change shocked her. “I always imagined myself to be a very open minded person. So when I was feeling a level of judgment… I really had to think about myself.” A source close to the “Medium” star said Arquette confided that “I should have known – every year he asked Santa Claus for an ‘innie,’ and I thought he was talking about his bellybutton.”
