March 3rd, 2008 by Glynette Cougarsmith

Actress Marion Cotillard sparked a political row yesterday after accusing America of fabricating the 9/11 attacks for political ends and saying the Twin Towers were destroyed because they were outdated “money-suckers” that would have cost more to modernize than to rebuild altogether. Cotillard then went on to express skepticism that the 1969 moon landings ever occurred. After her outburst, several Hollywood insiders speculated that Cotillard herself may soon be implemental in debunking another widely-held belief – that after an actress wins an Oscar, the offers will come rolling in.
