Montel Williams: Do you know who I am? I’m a big star

”Don’t look at me like that. Do you know who I am? I’m a big star, and I can look you up, find where you live and blow you up” said talk show host Montel Williams to Courtney Scott, a 17 year old intern at the Savannah Morning-News. Montel was in Savannah to promote a program giving free prescriptions to low-income people and became upset with a reporter’s question and terminated an interview. He has since apologized (he released a statement) for the angry confrontation.
Montel’s behavior at the Westin frightened Courtney Scott enough that she filed a police report. But she’s willing to hear more about his apology. She isn’t willing to commit to watching his show yet. “I don’t want to watch,” she said. “I’ll stick with Oprah”. Who can blame her.
